Event Description: Water gives us a weightless feeling making water aerobics enjoyable for many. Aqua-Fit offers a variety of exercise with modifications so individuals can participate at their own fitness level. The Weaver pool is known for its warm environment, so those who want and need a low impact, low stress, yet challenging workout…this one is for you! Late registrations accepted. We offer three different sessions: 8am-9am, 9am-10am or 5pm-6pm. Mon/Wed/Fri, January 9 – June 29, 8am–9am (No class January 16, Martch 5, 7, 9 and May 28) EKU Campus, Weaver Pool
