Event Description: A nationally acclaimed exercise program for men and women of all ages, this physical fitness program is designed to improve quality of life through movement. Research has shown Body Recall to improve muscle strength, flexibility, range of motion, blood pressure, circulation, breathing and energy levels. Body Recall offers a lifetime fitness approach that is safe, possible, and beneficial for everyone, from those with physical challenges due to injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, to those wanting to improve athletic performance. Do a friend or neighbor a favor and introduce them to Body Recall! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and please refrain from perfumes for maximum health benefits for everyone. First time participants will pay a $25 Body Recall Student Alliance fee (good for 12 months) which supports Body Recall and is tax deductible. Participants will also receive a Falls & Recovery DVD which is included in the fee. Or participants may pay $35 which includes the Body Recall Student Alliance fee and a textbook. Please note that class will be cancelled if Madison County Schools are out due to hazardous road conditions.
