Richmond, KY - The 18th Annual City Fest will take place tonight, Thursday, September 4, 2025. In coordination with Eastern Kentucky University, the Richmond Chamber of Commerce announces that the event will run from 6:30 to 9:00 PM, with vendor check-in beginning at 5:30 PM. The EKU Pep Rally will kick off at 6:30 PM.
