Leadership Madison County
Leadership Madison County (LMC) is an independent community leadership program supported by the Richmond and Berea Chambers of Commerce and other community partners. Through a year-long program of learning, service, and connection, participants explore the people, organizations, and issues that shape our community while developing the skills and relationships needed to lead effectively. 

LMC is governed by its own Board of Directors and operates separately, in partnership with the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the Berea Chamber of Commerce, under Executive Director Mendi Goble.
