What is the Chamber of Commerce?

The Richmond Chamber of Commerce is the central agency through which the business community works towards the development of business, industry, education, and all civic interests. The Chamber, working as a whole, performs tasks no individual can do alone. 

Who finances the Chamber?

The Richmond Chamber is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. Membership investments and community events are the primary financial sources necessary to operate and maintain the Richmond Chamber. All membership investments are tax deductible. 

What is the Chamber's Mission?

The Richmond Chamber of Commerce strives to "encourage, foster, and stimulate the economic well-being of our community by expanding the economic base, increasing job opportunity, and strengthening the united effort of the greater business community."
