Leadership Madison County (LMC)​ is a community program designed to provide current and future leaders of Madison County, Kentucky, with the information, skills, and networking opportunities to make positive changes in our community. LMC strives for each participant to improve leadership skills, gain community knowledge, and to be inspired by community service.
